Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business processes into effective Odoo solutions
- Configure and implement Odoo modules based on client requirements
- Conduct gap analysis and functional discussions
- Coordinate with developers for customizations and integrations
- Prepare functional documentation and user guides
- Conduct UAT, user training, and implementation support
- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend solutions
- Manage client communication throughout the implementation lifecycle

Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant Odoo functional experience
- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP and business workflows
- Hands-on experience with modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Manufacturing
- Experience with Odoo implementations and client-facing projects
- Strong requirement-gathering and analytical skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to understand business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions
