Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Gather and translate business requirements into effective Odoo solutions
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Configure, customize, and implement Odoo solutions based on business needs
- Architect scalable and efficient Odoo implementations
- Lead custom module and application development
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Odoo developers
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and quality assurance
- Manage change requests and support ongoing Odoo environments
- Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams
- Create technical and functional documentation
- Conduct training sessions for users and administrators
- Manage multiple Odoo implementation projects and ensure timely delivery
- Drive user adoption and functional implementation best practices

Job Skills
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Odoo experience
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes
- Experience gathering and analysing business requirements
- Proficiency in Python and the Odoo framework
- Experience developing and customizing Odoo modules
- Strong knowledge of Odoo integrations with eCommerce, CRM, accounting, and other third-party systems
- Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and Agile development practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading or mentoring Odoo developers is highly preferred
