Job Responsibility
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with clients, understanding how their business operates, and translating those requirements into practical Odoo solutions.
You should have experience with:
- Requirement gathering and business process analysis
- Odoo functional consulting and implementation
- Mapping business processes to Odoo modules and workflows
- Preparing clear functional specifications for development teams
- Coordinating with Odoo developers on customizations
- Configuration, testing and UAT support
- User training and implementation documentation
- Go-Live preparation and post-implementation support
- Managing client communication throughout the implementation lifecycle
Experience independently handling Odoo implementations and confidently working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
This role could be a great fit for someone who enjoys solving business problems—not simply configuring an ERP system.
