- 8–10 years of relevant Odoo / ERP experience
- Strong Odoo architecture and solution design expertise
- Deep understanding of ERP business processes
- Experience in requirement elicitation and process design
- Product Owner / Project Ownership experience

- Ability to work across international teams and business units
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
