Job Summary
A leading software company is looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge business requirements and technical implementation while taking ownership of complex Odoo projects.
If you understand business processes, can translate requirements into scalable Odoo solutions, and are comfortable guiding development teams, this could be a strong opportunity.
Job Responsibility
- Gather and translate business requirements into effective Odoo solutions
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Configure, customize, and implement Odoo solutions based on business needs
- Architect scalable and efficient Odoo implementations
- Lead custom module and application development
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Odoo developers
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and quality assurance
- Manage change requests and support ongoing Odoo environments
- Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams
- Create technical and functional documentation
- Conduct training sessions for users and administrators
- Manage multiple Odoo implementation projects and ensure timely delivery
- Drive user adoption and functional implementation best practices

Job Skills
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Odoo experience
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes
- Experience gathering and analysing business requirements
- Proficiency in Python and the Odoo framework
- Experience developing and customizing Odoo modules
- Strong knowledge of Odoo integrations with eCommerce, CRM, accounting, and other third-party systems
- Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and Agile development practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading or mentoring Odoo developers is highly preferred
