Job Responsibility
- Develop and customize Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements
- Build Python applications and Odoo customizations
- Customize reports, workflows, dashboards, and business processes
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, payment gateways, and external systems
- Develop and maintain REST & SOAP APIs
- Handle data synchronization between Odoo and external platforms
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance
- Collaborate with functional consultants and project teams
- Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation

Required Skills
- Strong Python programming skills
- Hands-on experience with Odoo development and customization
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, XML, JSON, Git, and Linux
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Odoo 16 / 17 / 18 / 19
- Knowledge of Docker or cloud deployment
- Experience with Sales, Inventory, HR, or Accounting modules
