Job Summary
A leading company is looking for an experienced Odoo System Architect / Product Owner to take strategic and functional ownership of a global Odoo ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the Odoo roadmap, translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions, and work closely with development teams and senior stakeholders across multiple international markets.
Job Responsibility
- Owning the Odoo product and system roadmap
- Gathering and translating complex business requirements
- Designing scalable Odoo architecture and ERP processes
- Driving functional and solution design decisions
- Defining reporting and business intelligence requirements
- Coordinating with Odoo development teams
- Managing senior stakeholders across global operations
- Ensuring Odoo solutions align with long-term business objectives
Job Skills
Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant Odoo / ERP experience
- Strong Odoo architecture and solution design expertise
- Deep understanding of ERP business processes
- Experience in requirement elicitation and process design
- Product Owner / Project Ownership experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work across international teams and business units
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
