- 13+ years of overall professional experience
- 4–5 years of hands-on Odoo consulting/implementation experience
- Strong expertise in B2B Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Excellent functional knowledge of Sales, Inventory & Invoicing modules
- Strong functional consulting and solution-design capabilities
- Ability to translate business requirements into Odoo functional and technical solutions
- Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder management
