Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Conduct GAP analysis and design functional solutions
- Configure Odoo modules based on business requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations
- Prepare BRD, FRD, and functional documentation
- Conduct UAT, user training, and deployment support
- Support data migration and coordinate with key stakeholders
Job Skills
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Odoo Functional Consulting experience
- Experience with multiple end-to-end Odoo implementations
- Strong functional knowledge of Odoo modules including Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, MRP, Accounting, HR & Payroll, Project Management, and Helpdesk
- Experience in requirement gathering, workflow design, documentation, and user training
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
- Odoo Functional Certification
- Experience with Odoo Enterprise Edition
- Basic understanding of PostgreSQL, Python, XML, or API integrations
